The President's Analyst (1967)

Theodore Flicker wrote and directed this nutty, groovy, psychedelic comedy about a hip psychiatrist chosen to ease the mental burden of the President of the United States. James Coburn is the very groovy Dr. Sidney Shelton, who, though initially enamored with the responsibility of helping his new patient, soon finds the job to be a bit, uh, "heavy." Dig? Check it out, man. The plot will groove you, and Lalo Schifrin's music is a trip in itself.
